Morneau
Am and Can CH Monchsbergs Kitzbuhel
May 16, 2008 - May 7, 2018

Morneau was named after Justin Morneau of the Minnesota Twins
just as his pack mate, Mauer, was named after another Twin, Joe Mauer.
As Kitzbuhel Berner's first champion stud dog, he sired 8 litters.
He was heart broken when life partner and best friend, Enya, died in 2016.
She would mate with no other, and they always stayed close by each other.
For many months he did not want to ride in the car because he had seen
Enya go away in the car and never return. He was Lynn's love and protector.
When she was under the weather, he would lie next to her on the bed.
His first nickname was "Goose" because his puppy bark was a honk.
This morphed into "Gooser" "Goo" "Gooey" "Gooey Two Shoes" and "Tooey."
He was also "Butterball"
for snatching butter anywhere within his reach.
Fond Memories of Morneau will be with us for the rest of our lives.
